When auto-attendant answers, press * and your extension When prompted, enter your password Follow the prompts to listen and delete/save messages --to change name or greeting press 8 (for user options) Press 4 to change greeting Press 6 to change name
From any other phone:
Dial 770-606-5985 (or dial 770-606-5800 then press 4050 when auto-attendant answers) When auto-attendant answers, press * and your extension When prompted, enter your password Follow the prompts to listen and delete/save messages --to change name or greeting press 8 (for user options) Press 4 to change greeting Press 6 to change name

Transferring a call to another extension
Once the call is answered, press the transfer key and dial the other extension. You may connect the third party to create a conference call or simply hang up to connect the two parties.
Transferring a call to Teacher Voicemail
Once the call is answered, press the transfer key and dial 4050 to access Teacher voicemail boxes. Once the recording has started, enter the desired mailbox # and hang up.
Call Forwarding
Use the Super Key to get to the Call forwarding menu.
Your choices are:
Always:
Busy Internal:
Busy External:
No Answer Int:
No Answer Ext:
Simply enter the number of the extension you wish to use and then turn the service on.
Retrieving Voicemail messages
IP Users: When the message light is blinking, press an open line, then press the message button and follow the prompts.
Teachers: Dial 4050 from any IP phone, press * then their extension and pass code. |
