Recommended Reading Lists

The following suggested reading lists have been developed to support and encourage student reading.  The lists are divided by grade level.  We urge you, as a parent, to review any selections for your child from this list.  Some of the books, although acknowledged as landmark works for middle or high school students, contain profanity, violence,  or other subject matter  which may be objectionable to some families.  Please know that you as a parent have the right to request a mutually agreeable book to replace any on the list, should you not wish your child to read a given work.  Please contact the school principal to discuss any concerns that you may have.
