The Georgia Scholar Program recognizes seniors who have met the following criterion:

1360 M/V SAT or 31 ACT at one test administration,
·
registered voter if 18 years old before 3/1/2012,
·
3.75 non-weighted GPA,
·
3 competitive interscholastic activities,
·
leadership in 2 school activities
·
and leader in 2 different youth activities.
Seniors who are eligible need to see his/her counselor before March 5th.

REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant should be recommended by a member of Beta Epsilon chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa. Mrs. Janet Robison is a member.
Only one scholarship is given per year. In the event of multiple applicants, an Alpha Delta Kappa committee is responsible for selecting one entry.

Scholarship monies will be given to the student and verification of college use must be provided. Any unused funds will be returned to the Beta Epsilon scholarship committee. Unused funds shall be applied to awards for recipients for the following year.
Applicants, must if requested, submit to a personal interview by members of Beta Epsilon's Scholarship Committee. Scholarship Deadline: April 15, 2012.
