Dismissal for Final Exam Week
May 16 - 18, 2012
All students who are checking out during final exams will do so with the classroom teachers. Students will need a note stating the approximate time - or the class period - of dismissal. Each note must include the following information:
· Student's name - first and last
· Time (or class period) of check out
· Parent's name and signature
· Parent's phone number - where they can be reached during the day
These notes will be given to the teacher from whose class the student will be dismissed. Students will sign out on the attached dismissal sheets - two for each day. Students will NOT sign out in Attendance. |
