 My husband and I got married in December 2003 in Las Vegas. We had a beautiful baby girl on August 27, 2007. Her name is Sommer Renee. She is such a great baby. We live in Acworth with our two snakes, Charity and Destiny, and our cat, Milo. My husband's mother, Linda, and her cat, Mulan moved in with us in April 2006. My sister, Kris, and her three children, Brittany, Dustin, and Taylor, have just moved into the area. I am excited to have my family so close by.
I graduated from Kennesaw State University with my Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Education with a concentration in Math and Social Studies. I taught Fifth Grade at Emerson Elementary School for two years. My third year of teaching, I moved to Cloverleaf Elementary School where I taught Fourth Grade with Miss Morrow and Mr. Bates, Fifth Grade with Mrs. Brantley, and First and Second Multi-Age with Mrs. Harmon and Mrs. Nix. This is my second year in Third grade. I worked with Mr. Huneke and Mrs. Kuhn last year. I am excited to be working with Mrs. Kuhn again this year. I completed my Masters Degree in Special Education at Kennesaw State University in May 2006. I am currently working on my Specialist Degree in Technology at Lesley University with Miss Morrow, Mrs. Hogan, and Mrs. Martel. I like to scrapbook, take pictures, play on my computer, and watch movies with my family and friends in my free time. |
