  Meet Mrs. Collar  I have been teaching Art at Cloverleaf Elementary for...it's hard to believe...25 years! I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I received my bachelor's degree from Florida State University. I got my teacher's certification at Georgia State University. My husband and I taught math our first year at T.J. Elder Middle School in Sandersville, Georgia. Next we lived in Kyoto, Japan for about a year before we settled in Rockmart. My husband retired last year from Hamilton Crossing Elementary School. It's proof that good things come in 3's because we have 3 sons. Two are in the National Guard and our eldest has graduated with a BA in Psychology . My hobbies are spending time with my family, horseback riding, reading, watching movies, cooking, and traveling.
