The Bartow County School System will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, December 11, due to the possibility of unsafe driving conditions and following suit with Governor Nathan Deal’s decision to delay all government buildings and offices tomorrow morning. This affects all schools and employees. Busses will make stops two hours later than normal. Breakfast will not be served, but lunch will be provided at its regularly scheduled time. Also, English Language Arts End of Course Georgia Milestone testing for high school students will be canceled and rescheduled. Again, this decision has been made out of an abundance of caution and early enough for our families to plan accordingly.
