The Bartow County School system's commitment to the PLC System comprised of the three big ideas of learning, collaboration, and results, has resulted in our recognition as a Model PLC School District, the recognition of 18 Model PLC Schools, and the recognition of many A-Teams (the highest honor in our school district). There is no substitute for teachers collectively working together to determine what students should know, how to determine if they know it, what interventions are needed if they don’t learn it, and how to ensure meaningful extensions when they do learn it.

One Day Package
Monday
Local School Focus
Visitors participate in a full day with principals, academic support staff, and teachers.
Multiple schools will be visited with a focus on teacher collaboration, intervention and extension, and observing the local school guiding coalition in action.
Day one will conclude with a focused conversation with school leaders.
*The cost of Day One is $50 per visitor. Cost includes breakfast, lunch, and a copy of our PLC Playbook.
Two Day Package
Monday and Tuesday
System Level Focus
Visitors will start their second day at our System Level Leadership meeting and System Guiding Coaltion.
Day two will conclude with a focused conversation with our system level team.
*The cost for the Two Day Package is $100 per visitor. Cost includes breakfast and lunch.
Three Day Package
Monday - Wednesday
Additional Focused Conversations with our System Level Team
Visitors will spend their third day collaborating with our system level team on a selected topic.
*The cost for the Three Day Package is $150 per visitor. Cost includes breakfast and lunch.
