CAPACITY NEEDS: Due to new residential development, the Bartow County School System is closely monitoring enrollment numbers and projections at Cass Middle School, Kingston Elementary School, Mission Road Elementary School, and Cloverleaf Elementary School.
Through a collaborative effort with the Bartow County Planning and Zoning Department, we have received information that a number of new homes and/or apartments could be built soon near several of our schools. In most cases, construction on the new development hasn’t started, but we anticipate that it will, and additions or new schools may be needed to accommodate the influx of students.
Working through our School Capacity Monitoring System, we are gathering additional information and will bring a recommendation before the Bartow County Board of Education soon. Stay tuned!
