We have an open invitation each Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. for applications and background checks to be eligible to sub for our school system.  Our address is:  65 Gilreath Road NW, Cartersville 30121.

 PLEASE NOTE:

• You must be 21 years old. 

• For classroom substitutes ONLY – you will be required to complete the online training course – http://appgarden1.app-garden.com/subtraining/bartowga.pdf prior to filling out an application.  If you are a retired Georgia educator, you are exempt from taking this course.

• You must have the following documentation with you when you arrive: 

• Drivers’ License

• Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or Passport

• Substitute Teacher Training Certificate

• Copy of Teaching Certificate (if you are a certified teacher)

• Copy of highest diploma (High School or College) or GED

• NOTE: The cost of processing fingerprints is $52.00. (no cash or personal checks, money orders only) Make payable to the BCBOE 

• Voided Check for direct deposit
