Open Record Request
The Bartow County School System complies with requests for records, as required by law, under the provisions of the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. §50-18-70 to §50-18-77). The system asks that you make a request in writing to inspect or copy records to the appropriate Open Records Officer as listed below. The school system will provide information relating to the request, as permissible and applicable by law, within (3) business days after it has been received by the Open Records Officer. Any record exempted from disclosure, under the law, will be communicated accordingly and the provision for such exemption cited by the Officer.
