Allatoona Elementary School

Congratulations Mrs. Rebecca Eubanks in 2nd grade being recognized as our Teacher of the Year for 2025-2026. She has taught at Allatoona Elementary for 5 years in 5th and 2nd grades employing her ESOL and Reading endorsement and yearlong training in models of co-teaching to ensure that all students in her classroom are successful. Her peers say that she is: “remarkably patience, resilience, and compassionate. She consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of her students’ needs and meets every challenge with grace. She continues to lead with a positive attitude, always wearing a smile and bringing warmth and encouragement to her classroom. Her dedication and strength have made a meaningful impact on both her students and colleagues.” Multiple times when professionals from our district office and the state have observed her classroom, they have mentioned how strong she is in differentiating instruction and making literacy accessible and fun for all students. She will be joining our Guiding Coalition representing 2nd grade next year. Congratulations Mrs. Eubanks, we look forward to you representing us in the 2025-2026 school year!
