Congratulations Teacher of the Year Mrs. Katherine Shofner in World Languages Department!
She is the Department Lead for World Languages, in her 25th year of teaching, and 4th year here at Cass HS teaching French. Mrs. Shofner has taught throughout her career French, Spanish, Latin, ELA, ESOL, Student Leadership, and Credit Recovery. When asked what she loves most about Cass HS she says "its diversity of students, community, and rigor in our International Studies program. I believe that the world is a big place and all of my students can conquer it!" Today she was celebrated by Mr. Iddings and the Pep Band, her family, the leadership team, and French classes.
