The Bartow County Health Department will be at Cass Middle School on Wednesday, September 27th, to administer free flu vaccines to students.
The paperwork for the flu vaccine is being sent home with your student today.
If interested, please complete the green flu consent form you receive today and return it to Nurse Hardy
NO LATER THAN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th
If you are NOT interested, you do not need to return the consent form.
