Good afternoon CMS Parents, I hope everyone had a wonderful summer break! We are excited to welcome you and your child to the upcoming school year for what promises to be a year filled with learning, growing and new experiences! We would like to invite you to our Open House event which will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, July 30th. This event provides an excellent opportunity for you to meet your child’s teachers, tour the school, and learn more about our curriculum and expectations for the year ahead. We are offering three sessions to accommodate different schedules: · 10:30 am – 11:30 am · 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm · 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm In addition, to Open House, we want to inform you that free lunch application is available through the Bartow County Nutrition website. You can access the application and find more information at WWW.BARTOW.K12.GA.US/O/BARTOW/PAGE/NUTRITION-PAYMENT-CENTER. A flyer detailing the application process will be attached to this email for your convenience with a QR code to access the application through your phone. Additionally, there will be assistance provided in the café during open house to help you complete the forms online. Furthermore, we are pleased to let you know that school supplies (notebooks, paper, pencils, etc.) that students will need for class will be supplied by the school system again this year. We hope this alleviates some of the back-to-school shopping stress for you and your family! We look forward to seeing you at the Open House and partnering with you throughout the school year to ensure the success of your child.
