Flu vaccine paperwork is coming home TODAY. The Bartow County Health Department will be providing their flu clinic again this year at Cass Middle School on 9/23/24. Our goal is to offer students the best protection possible against the flu. This is an optional vaccine free of charge through the BCHD for our students. The vaccine will only be administered to the students that have returned the signed consent. If interested, please return the signed consent to the CMS clinic by 9/11/24. If you DO NOT want your child to receive the Flu vaccine DO NOT return the consent form. Please call Nurse Hardy, 770.606.5846, if you have any questions.
