Students in kindergarten through 5th grade enjoyed the Dancing Drum interactive presentation during Special Areas today! Thank you to everyone who contributed to this in school field trip. If you have not sent in your contribution yet ($5), please do so by this Friday.
Mark your calendars and RSVP for Emerson's Title I Family STEM Night on October 23rd from 5:30-7:00pm. Students will share their STEM projects, and families will enjoy fun, engaging activities with our Emerson teachers and Woodland High magnet students.

Our kindergartners had the best time at Lazy Creek Farm today! From a fun wagon ride through the strawberry fields, to learning about busy bees, and the pumpkin lifecycle, and of course, plenty of playtime —- it was a day full of learning and laughter!

5th grade students had a blast today at the Georgia Aquarium. They explored each exhibit to learn more about the animals and how they are taken care of. Mrs. Kron and Mrs. Westbrook's class went to the Sea Lion show and got to experience the amazing Dolphin show. The kids had a blast and got to sit front row to get splashed by the animals! Ms. Taylor's class explored the exhibits and even got to take home some souvenir postcards! Overall, it was a great day!
