WELCOME TO THE RED TOP TEAM!- Mrs. Nicole Bezerra ESOL Teacher. She currently works at Bartow County College and Career Academy as an ESOL teacher, and we are so excited to have her here at Red Top. Mrs. Bezerra began her career in education in 2018 after previously building a successful family-owned business with her husband. Since then, she has brought a wealth of real-world experience and passion into the classroom.
Her teaching background includes ESOL at both the high school and elementary levels, along with unique teaching experiences abroad in Italy and Brazil. She is especially excited to begin working with middle school students this year!
She earned her Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in ESOL from Valdosta State University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Language from Kennesaw State University.
She grew up south of Atlanta and brings a love for culture and language into everything she does. She especially enjoys Brazilian food—lucky for her, her husband is from Brazil and loves to cook! A fun fact- she has an adorable pet donkey named Daisy.
