Students will be bringing home a form, today or tomorrow, regarding the Bartow Against Drugs (BAD) survey. The form explains the survey and gives parents an opportunity for their child to “opt-out” of taking it. Please have your child return the Opt-Out Form signed, if applicable, to their homeroom teacher.
