8th Grade students who speak more than one language are eligible to test for high school credit. Any student who wishes to test for FREE high school credits needs to sign up on the RTMS Class of 2028 page. Mrs. Pezzello has posted a link for sign ups. You MUST sign up by Sept. 29th.

Cass High School Swim Team invites 6-8 grade students to join our swim program.
Information and Requirements:
1. This is a competition swim team. Not a beginner’s swim class.
2. Must provide an up-to-date doctors physical examination and insurance for athletic participation.
3. Girl swimmers must have a one-piece swimsuit, swim goggles and swim cap.
4. Boy swimmers must have swim trunks and swim goggles. No cut-off shorts or T-Shirt allowed.
4. Practice begins Monday, October 9th at the Adairsville HS Pool.
5. Practice days and times are every Monday through Thursday 5:15pm to 6:30pm.
6. Bus transportation to the pool is provided from Cass HS. Bus leaves Cass at 4:45 and returns at 7:00.

Mrs. Vick will be holding open gym Thursday of this week from 3:30-5:00 for those of you who are interested in trying out for Junior Wildcat basketball cheer. We will be practicing the cheers, jumps, and dance for tryouts. Also, you must have a physical form on file to tryout on the 22nd. If you need a copy, see Mrs. Vick in room 610.

Mrs. Jennifer Bailey was awarded the 4-C’s Exceptional Education Award today by the BCSS.
Collaboration: Mrs. Bailey works flawlessly with her two parapros, and her fellow self-contained teachers and their students to provide the best instruction possible for her students.
Consistency: Mrs. Bailey’s room runs like a machine as she sets her students up for Success giving her students “routine.”
Compassion: Mrs. Bailey has empathy for not just her students but all of our Miners as many come from very challenging situations.
Commitment: Mrs. Bailey has been dedicated to Bartow County students for many years. The system and our school are spoiled to have her as one of our Educators!
