Hamilton Crossing Elementary School is welcoming a new Knight to lead the charge. Mrs. Ashley Goble steps into the principalship armed with 26 years of educational experience.

“I’m honored to serve as principal and especially excited to join a school community that operates as a true family,” said Goble. “I look forward to becoming part of the HamFam and meeting everyone who makes it such a special place to work and learn.”

Goble enters her new role with deep roots in the Bartow County School System, where she has proudly served for the past 19 years. All of her BCSS experience has been at Adairsville Elementary School, where she taught grades two through five, served as a Learning Support Specialist, and most recently as assistant principal.

“I absolutely love that Bartow County has a shared vision from the top down,” said Goble. “Administrators, teachers, and students are supported every day, and the consistent focus on instructional leadership and high expectations truly sets our system apart.”

Goble described her reaction to being named principal as both humbling and exciting. “It’s an incredible opportunity to lead a school that is already excelling, and I’m grateful for the trust that has been placed in me,” said Goble.

As she looks ahead, Goble said her focus is on building upon Hamilton Crossing’s strong foundation. “I hope to continue supporting students, empowering teachers, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture where everyone can thrive,” she said.

Family plays a central role in Goble’s life and leadership. She and her husband, Keith, have three daughters, Ella (19), Presley (16), and Kennedy (13), whom she credits as her greatest support system. Outside of school, Goble enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing with a good book, watching reality television, spending time at the beach, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs during those crisp, cool fall Saturdays.

“I’m truly excited for this next chapter,” said Goble. “I look forward to building strong relationships with students, staff, and families as we continue to grow together.”
