Jennifer Suarez

The Colonel Family is growing! Please welcome Cass High School’s new Assistant Principal, Jennifer Suárez!

“Mrs. Suárez brings a well-rounded educational background that includes experience in the Professional Learning Community process,” says Cass High School Principal Stephen Revard. “She is dedicated to supporting the students and staff at Cass High School, and we are excited to welcome her to the Colonel Family.”

Suárez has been in education for the past 11 years working as a teacher leader in the World Languages and English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Department for Cobb County Schools. She also worked for three years at Kennesaw State University as a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Instructor for the Department of Inclusive Education. There, she taught ESOL endorsement courses and mentored student teachers in the field. Additionally, Suárez has an Educational Specialist degree from Berry College in Curriculum and Instruction and Leadership.

“As a Georgia native, I can say that everything is better in Bartow!,” says Suárez. “From the beautiful scenery to the small-town welcome from every person I have encountered. I am excited about the opportunity to serve and be a part of this community.”

Suárez has a passion for educating the next generation of global leaders and watching them develop into academically, culturally, and linguistically competent global citizens. She hopes to add her experience with World Languages and ESOL to benefit those in the magnet program and make connections with all students and families at Cass High School.

When Suárez isn’t sporting blue and gold at school events, you can catch her camping, hiking, kayaking, and bike riding at Georgia State Parks with her husband and three children!
