In accordance with 34 CFR 300.573, the Bartow County Board of Education will be destroying the Special Education records of students born in 1999. All records prior to this year have already been destroyed by Federal guidelines. Anyone interested in obtaining his or her records should notify this office in writing by April 31, 2023. Please include the following information: Student Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number and last Bartow County School attended.
