Ms. DeKoker's 3rd grade students listened intently to her sister, Ms. Jenni DeKoker, read the first two chapters of Winnie the Pooh by A.A. Milne. The class has been especially interested in Winnie the Pooh since reading November's Author of the Month book, Finding Winnie: The True Story of the World's Most Famous Bear by Lindsay Mattick. After reading to the class, Ms. Jenni DeKoker shared how she enjoys using math, and especially multiplication, in her role as a corporate finance manager.
We hope you will join us next Tuesday, December 12th for our annual Christmas Concert. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The concert will begin at 6:00 p.m.
