❗️This is a reminder that our Open House is Monday, August 4th.
⏰️ We’ll have three sessions—10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 5:00 PM—so please choose the time that works best for your family.
✅️ You’ll get to meet our amazing teachers and staff, drop off school supplies, sign up for our after school program, pick up car rider tags, and get bus information.
❣️ We can’t wait to welcome our new Knights and see our returning students on Monday!
👀 For your reference, the school supply lists are posted here, as well as information about Cassville Baptist's Blessings and Backpacks event that will be held tomorrow.

Open House is MONDAY! We can't wait to see you!
🌟 Please note that our very own Nurse Terresa will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding her clinic and will also accept your student's prescription medications, pertinent doctor's notes, etc.
🌟 Also, our After School Program registration will officially open during Open House. You must pay a $10 deposit per child in order to officially register and save your student's spot. We have 125 openings for ASP, so be sure to register early if you plan to use this service. Students who are not registered may not attend ASP.
🌟 Good news! You have another chance to nab one! We have very few (only 26 available!) to sell at Open House this year. They will be $30 each - cash only, exact amount (we will not be able to make change or accept checks). We will not be able to sell you a yearbook if you do not have the exact amount in cash. 💵 ⚠️ This is first come, first served...and when the limited number are gone, we will discontinue sales....so be sure to come early if you are interested in purchasing! 🛑

It has arrived!! It has arrived! Our chickens Fire, PepperSalt, and Midnight have their new chicken coop. It looks amazing and I know our chickens will love it along with the six to eight chickens that will become, in the fall, our newest Knights. A special shout out to our first graders for chicken coop prototypes and thanks to Cass High School for constructing the chicken coop. Another special thanks to Crowe Lawn Care for picking up and delivering it to HCES. Let’s not forget to thank our chicken whisperers, Mrs. Hill and Mrs. Miranda.

🐔🐓First grade students completed an engineering and design task where they were challenged to build a prototype for our school chicken coop. The school body voted, and our winners were Hannah, Le’Anna, Lynleigh, and Jaxson from Ms. Tasker’s class. Congratulations!🐔🐓
We have a few spots remaining for Bartow's STEM Camp: Tech Trailblazer Academy for the week of June 26-29. Students currently finishing grades 2-6 are invited to participate in exciting STEM activities each day centered around artificial intelligence, robotics, 3D printing, esports, game design, animation, drones, AR/VR, and makerspace! The cost is $150 which includes 4 days of camp (8:00 am - 2:30 pm), breakfast and lunch each day, and a camp t-shirt.

We are excited to announce that Helping Hands For Bartow Kids will be hosting our second annual Back To School Bash! This event is a wonderful opportunity for families to prepare for the upcoming school year.
Event Details:
Date: July 12th
Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Location: Downtown Cartersville, on the square
During the event, we will be providing free backpacks and school supplies to children as well as vouchers for free haircuts. Please note that registration is required to receive these supplies. In addition to the school supplies, there will be a variety of vendors, delicious food trucks, and fun games for everyone! We are also thrilled to announce a special attraction this year! Dunk a Cop! Bartow County Sheriff’s Office will be joining us for this fun activity. They will also have their drones for you to try out!
