Students may bring $1 tomorrow to purchase a ticket from their teacher, and bring money for Kona Ice too. Prices are listed in the picture!

Parents,
The QR code below will take you to the form for students attending Hamilton Crossing Elementary. This will take about 10 minutes to complete, and must be done for each child.
To use, open your camera app or QR code app to scan, and the link will open.
Remember, it is the parents/guardians' responsibility to inform the school nurse every school year of any medical conditions or emergency medications and obtain the forms needed for that student.
Please make this a priority and complete this form ASAP, then contact the nurse of any conditions.
