We would like to extend our gratitude to Lowe's of Cartersville, specifically their garden department manager Mason Knotts, for their generous donation of garden supplies! 🎉
This incredible haul includes essential items such as rye grass, wheat straw, pine bark mulch, soil, seeds, mums, watering cans, tools, and everything we need to start our own seeds indoors! We look forward to a bountiful season of winter gardening using grow lamps, seed trays, and heat mats. 🌻🌿
We could not do what we do without the support of community partners like Lowe's!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Pleasant Olive Baptist for the delicious lunch provided today! 🍽️ After working a long day of teaching and parent conferences, our teachers are feeling the love and support. 💖

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent community garden event at WES!
A heartfelt thank you to our parents, students, and community partners for their dedication and hard work in building a compost bin for our school and helping to prepare our garden beds for winter planting. These initiatives not only promote recycling and sustainability but also provide hands-on learning opportunities for our students.
Shout-out to Toyo Tires for all of their volunteer efforts the entirety of the event!
Finally, an extra special shoutout to our partner, K & T Farms, for walking alongside us on our STEM journey. Together, we are cultivating a greener future!

🎉We are excited to announce that our yearbooks are now available for purchase at $30 each!

We have ONE more day! :-)
Our Otis Spunkmeyer fundraiser ends tomorrow, Sept. 20th.
If you haven’t gotten started, please take just a few minutes today to help your child registered and share the fundraiser at www.shopfund.com .
It is super easy and only takes a few minutes to make a huge difference for our school.
Our Personal goal is to have 50%+ of our students register and share the fundraiser so that our school will be entered in for a chance to win an additional $2,500! As of now we are at 26%. When you share with friends & family to get 10+ online supporters we will reach our goal.
Our tops selling class, as of now, is Mrs. Blackburn's Kindergarten! But Mrs. Berger's class is VERY close!
Thank you!
