Woodland Academic Team won their 3rd meet in a row defeating Red Top Middle. This meet was a real nail biter!
At half time, the score was tied 80 to 80.
And the end of the meet, the score was tied 160-160.
Woodland went to sudden death. The first tiebreaker was called out, and no one answered.
The second tiebreaker was called out and Catie B. buzzed in to score the win for Woodland!
The final score was Woodland 170, Red Top 160.
Scoring for Woodland was 7th grader Leilah B. with 10 points,
8th grader and team captain, Catie B. with 20 points,
and 8th grader Hylan W-D. with 40 points.
