The Jimmy Baker Scholarship (College or Trade School) A $500 scholarship is being offered to a deserving former HCES student to honor the late Mr. Jimmy Baker. At the time of his passing, Mr. Jimmy was the head custodian at Hamilton Crossing Elementary School and had worked there for 15 years. He was kindhearted, giving, uplifting, and funny. He was known for reminding people, “You are doing a good job”.

Yesterday our school brought the energy with an exciting **pep rally** to get 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students pumped for state testing starting **Monday**! 💥 Our awesome high school basketball team stopped by to cheer on our students, and each grade level brought the spirit with fun games and lots of smiles!

Students in grades 3-5 will test the weeks of April 28 and May 5. This is an opportunity for our kids to show what they know! 💯
