Mrs. Koehler is nothing short of a miracle worker with the strides our students are making in her speech classes. During Adairsville High School's STEAM Walk, leaders from Bartow County, Fulton County, and GaDOE visit 12 classrooms and engage in collaborative discussions about the growth of STEAM education and the pursuit of State STEAM certification. Our students had the opportunity to hear from our Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) representative, about SCAD’s programs, opportunities, and potential careers after graduation. Fall College Tour scheduled for November 16-17, 2026. During the tour, students will visit Kennesaw State University, the University of Georgia, the University of West Georgia, and Berry College. This opportunity is open to 12th-grade students. Registration opens on Monday, August 24. The cost of the trip is $245, which includes transportation by charter bus, hotel accommodations, and all meals. To reserve a spot, students must submit a $45 non-refundable deposit. The registration deadline is September 18, or until all spots have been filled. The final payment deadline is October 30.
