A note from our school counselor, Mrs. Livingston:
October 23rd-27th, we will be celebrating Healthy Habits Week.
We will focus on developing healthy choices, including such as getting enough sleep, making healthy food decisions, exercising, developing positive character traits, thinking of others, and self-control.
These will be our dress-up days for the week:
Monday - Sport healthy choices = wear athletic and sports attire
Tuesday - Ride the waves with healthy choices = wear beach and surfer attire
Wednesday - Unhealthy choices will make you cry like a baby = dress like a tiny tot
Thursday - Develop healthy character traits = Dress like your favorite book character
Friday - Rise up against cancer = wear pink
