Our baseball team was in action against Rome in its home opener tonight. They stormed back from a huge deficit to come within one of tying it up. They lost 7-6 in a close one tonight. Fun game to watch. #TheWoodlandWayEveryStudentEveryDay

Congratulations to 6th grader Emily Brock for winning 1st place in her category at the Northwest Region Technology Competition. She advances to the state competition in March. Way to go, Emily!

The Woodland Wildcats Football Team will begin Speed Training on February 24th and run every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45-5:00pm at the High School. We will work Rain or Shine. if it rains, we will be inside. This is open to All Current 6th through 11th grade players planning on playing Football. You must have an updated physical on Rank One in order to participate. (Any 5th graders interested in participating must provide their own transportation) All others will ride the afternoon bus to the high school. Congratulations to these students who were selected at the school level for the Young Georgia Authors' Writing Competition. 8th grader, Addison Rickels, also won 1st place at the district competition, and her writing was submitted for the next level of competition held in March.
