The Woodland Wildcats Football Team will begin Speed Training on February 24th and run every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45-5:00pm at the High School. We will work Rain or Shine. if it rains, we will be inside. This is open to All Current 6th through 11th grade players planning on playing Football. You must have an updated physical on Rank One in order to participate. (Any 5th graders interested in participating must provide their own transportation) All others will ride the afternoon bus to the high school.
