We try to get everyone involved in Tier 1 instruction at WMS. Even Officer Thompson got in on the action today. He helped teach Mr. Milam's STEM class about the scientific process in the area of forensic investigation. How about THAT for a finish?! The Woodland Jr. Wildcats battled back from behind and came through with an 11-10 WALK-OFF WIN over Paulding County! Down 10-9 heading into the bottom of the sixth, the Wildcats refused to quit. Emma came through with a big double, and Brooke delivered the game-winning single to bring home the winning run! 💥 With 10 hits, big defensive plays, and a whole lot of fight, our Wildcats showed exactly what it means to never give up! As a reminder, Georgia state law requires all students entering 7th grade to have the following immunizations on file:

Meningococcal

All 7th grade students must be in compliance by Friday, September 4. Students who are not up to date will not be allowed to return to school until the required immunizations are completed. Please contact the nurse's clinic if you have any questions.
