Attention Wildcats: Please join Ms. Cantrell for Academi Team Tryouts next Tuesday after school! Who: Everyone, especially if you have a diverse knowledge of trivia and/or love for learning. What: Academic Team Tryouts. When: Tuesday, August 12th, after school. Where: Ms. Cantrell's Classroom- 702, 7th grade hall. Why: Have fun and show off your knowledge and skills! I hope to see you there. It will be a great season with lots of opportunities for growth, new friendships, and fun!

Good Evening WMS Family: We are so excited to begin the 2025-2026 school year. We look forward to welcoming all our students tomorrow, Wednesday, August 6, for the first day of school. The school day is 8:15 - 3:15. The doors will open each day at 7:30 am. Please make sure your student knows if he/she is a car rider or bus rider in the afternoon. If your child is a bus rider, please make sure he or she knows their address. We ask that you be patient in the car pool line for the first few days of school. We want to ensure that every child gets in the right car and that our car pool line runs smoothly and safely.
This is going to be a great year. Our motto for this school year is, "The Woodland Way...Every Student...Every Day!" We will share more about this in the coming days. We look forward to partnering with our students and parents to see great things happen this year.

WMS Family: We are excited to kick off the 2025-2026 school year with Open House tomorrow. 8th grade will be at 10:30. 7th grade is at 1:30 and 6th grade and makeups will be at 5:00. We look forward to seeing everyone there! We will also have tables for transportation and athletics information.
