Health forms are electronic this year. Please scan the QR code or click on the link below to complete the form for each of your student’s health information. This is required for each student at Woodland Middle School. If you have students at other Bartow County Schools, please do not use this link for those students.

Please join us at your grade level's assigned time. 7th and 8th grade students will be a drop-in style session. You can pick up your schedules and meet your teachers. 6th grade students' session will be orientation style and will start in the gym.

Tryouts for our Lady Wildcats softball team will be August 4th - 6th (1st week of school). All interested girls must have an up-to date physical on file with the school before participating.
