Let's finish out our new teachers by giving a big welcome to Ms. Leah Tumlin. She is joining our 8th grade team to teach math.


WMS also welcomes Ms. Olivia Johnston. Ms. Johnston is teaching 7th grade science.

Football practice has been canceled for today(Monday, 8/8/2022). Also, there will be no parent meeting for football players.

Please welcome Lindy Gayton who is one of our newest additions to the Special Education Department. Ms. Gayton received a Bachelor in Education from the University of Phoenix and has worked in the Bartow County School System for 8 years. She has three sons who are 20, 15, and 12 years old.


WMS welcomes Ann Henderson, who is part of our Special Education department. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia College and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University. She has been teaching for 14 years with the majority being in middle school math. She is married with 2 cats, 1 dog (all rescues), 2 grown daughters, 4 grandchildren, and many precious grand furbabies.


Woodland is proud to welcome another 8th grade teacher to the Wildcat family. Mrs. Helen Williams will be teaching 8th grade Science. It is her 8th year teaching. She has 4 boys and 2 girls and loves spending time with her family, cooking, painting, playing tennis, and sailing when time permits. She is excited to start this school year as a Woodland Wildcat!
