Every week we have a raffle on Friday for PBIS Rewards student of the week. PBIS stands for positive behavior and support. Students can earn points from teachers and staff for doing the right work and exhibiting the right behaviors. They can use those points to enter our weekly raffle. If a student is selected he or she can select a prize from our PBIS store on the main hallway. Our first winner of the 2025-2026 school year was Ansley Bradshaw. Congrats Ansley. We will choose another winner tomorrow. #TheWoodlandWayEveryStudentEveryDay

Did you know...??? Students who attend school regularly are more likely to graduate and find good jobs. A high school graduate makes $1 million more than a dropout over a lifetime. (Source: Attendance Works) #TheWoodlandWayEveryStudentEveryDay

Good Evening WMS Family: We are so excited to begin the 2025-2026 school year. We look forward to welcoming all our students tomorrow, Wednesday, August 6, for the first day of school. The school day is 8:15 - 3:15. The doors will open each day at 7:30 am. Please make sure your student knows if he/she is a car rider or bus rider in the afternoon. If your child is a bus rider, please make sure he or she knows their address. We ask that you be patient in the car pool line for the first few days of school. We want to ensure that every child gets in the right car and that our car pool line runs smoothly and safely.
This is going to be a great year. Our motto for this school year is, "The Woodland Way...Every Student...Every Day!" We will share more about this in the coming days. We look forward to partnering with our students and parents to see great things happen this year.
Have a good evening. See you all tomorrow morning.
